Room service as well as service personal needs to improve,
When the breakfast is included, then we require at room, charges taken which is not mention anywhere.
In resturent which is not comfortable to sit and foods are in cool condition served.
Overall found OK.

Hotel front desk manager took a while to find my reservation as he kept typing the wrong name. Bathroom was not clean enough for someone from US and the lighting was dim. Bed was okay. Overall average stay for the price paid.
