It’s a cozy beautiful serene place , a hidden gem. Breakfast was delicious with Thai dishes and fresh fruit every morning. The staff was so courteous and accommodating. Luggage storage was a plus, in fact we had booked a cab through them and running late to the airport , they had loaded our luggage in the cab by the time we got there. Very impressive service, would highly recommend this amazing B and B

Super friendly staff. Large well appointed room. FLB&B is located off a road frequented by bikes and scooters. After late evening the only noise was from an occasional rooster. Close to a laundromat (that was important, at least to me), and about 2 KM from the night market on the river (upscale amusement area with dinner cruises, restaurants, etc.). We had a restful night and a lovely breakfast the next day. This is not a resort but it is a lovely B&B.

The Focal Local was my refuge amidst the chaos of Bangkok. Spotless and quiet room, smiling staff, secure and unique. I was happy to return there each evening and plan to stay there should I return to Bangkok. Phun the receptionist was SO nice, w great Englisha and local reccomendations.

The staff was great, but the beds are super hard. Breakfast doesn't start until 7, and we had to leave at 6, so we missed it n.

Room is very clean, staffs very friendly and foods were fantastic!!

A great place to stay! The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was large and the shower water pressure was strong. The Thai breakfast was delicious and varied. The location was convenient as it was nearby many restaurants and massage parlours, and the complimentary TukTuk rides to the nearby train station/pier was a nice bonus. Street noise can be heard from the room like other reviews stated, but it wasn’t bothersome to me. I do wish there was a way to heat up food on the property, but I also didn’t ask the staff about it on time. The staff really elevated the experience as they were all friendly and ready to assist with a smile on their face. They were quick to accommodate another guest’s dietary preferences by substituting ingredients for their Thai breakfast, and they even offered to prepare a packed meal when they heard that the same guest would be leaving early in the morning. They also left a basket outside my room filled with extra water bottles, toilet paper, and coffee/tea when I placed the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. If I ever get the chance to visit Bangkok again, I would love to stay here a second time!

I had a nice stay here. It's a cute place. The room was clean, comfortable, and nice and quiet. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The ride to the ferry pier was a nice touch. Breakfast was yummy.
