The staff lost a star since I had horrible waitress service at one of the restaurants on the beach. She came by took the simple hamburger order and I never saw her again. It's a shame because the entire interior of the hotel needs a facelift. The rest of the staff was excellent and upheld the high standards of care that you get when visiting the very hospitable city of Cancun. Thanks to all the wonderful staff and not the poor waitress (maybe she was having a bad day... and I hope it was just my experience).

Staff was incredible, specially Aurora and Damaris, all the staff deserve recognition. Mainly Aurora who was our concierge and was very wooried about our stance in the Hotel

I had the most terrible experience at this hotel. The hotel is so run down. It needs a major renovación. I upgraded to a ocean view hotel room. It had so many flaws omg — the balcony door couldn’t be locked / it was such a struggle opening it up & closing it. The toilet seat was bent down - safety box didn’t work. I had chosen the (only breakfast) choice - so so I had to pay for other services . When I checked out today I happened to find out that there were charges that I didn’t Consumed . I explained to the staff in the front desk that I have already paid for those charges with my cc. They stop had the nerve to charge me. It was a horrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel at all besides the fact that the prices are equivalent to a 5 star hotel. Bad experience There was

We didn't go with all inclusive at this site, so we enjoyed being able to leave the property for many of our meals and drinks. There was a large grocery across the street and a pharmacy next door. The property was pretty and well maintained except for some renovating they seem to be doing on some of the room floor exterior. Not disruptive at all though. There was plenty to eat on site with coffee shop and pool bars. The free cabana on the beach for a day (for booking with expedia) was really nice perk that we didn't relaize we would have. The cofffe(espresso) in the room was actually great, not typical hotel room coffee thats for sure.

In general the hotel needs a modernization and a refurbishment. During my stay one of the elevators of my tower was broken for 8 days, obliging us to take the stairs to the 8th floor almost every time. This is totally unacceptable, a broken elevator for 8 consecutive days!

everything was great. I think check-in. It's just a long process, it's very slow and they won't give you the room till 3

Needs a lot maintenance. Painting No hot water Calls interrupted sleep. No room cleaning.

1521 and 1703 . The little cooler for the drinks did not work, other than that it was great!!! I got the breakfast package, good variety. I requested the 2 rooms to be decorated, 1 for love. 1 for a birthday. The decor was also amazing.
