The whole place smelled awful. It was not clean and jusy overall dingy.

The toilet in our first room didn't work. We were moved to another room which was better but later a roach came from under the nightstand. The elevators were worn and the hall where our room was smelled like weed.

It says non smoking but all over weed smell. Elevator stuck

Hotel was derelict and work. I was shocked. Corporate red roof should be ashamed. Reviews are fake…. I only write reviews if exceptional or awful. This one takes the cake. Booked 3 nights checked into room checked out in one hour. Battled for days with expedia who use 3rd party billing. Room was dark dingy old furniture old fixturest. Broken lighting. I tried 3 different rooms. Floors are filthy in hallways. Rooms smell of bleach.!younger staff behind counters are rude and unfriendly. DO NOT STAY HERE .

We stayed for two nights just for sleep; the beds were comfy. We arrived at 12:30 am, and everything was okay with the late check-in. The room had the essentials like a microwave, coffee maker, etc. I just needed the sleepers, but for me, it was more than enough.

The property was very rundown. There were cracks in the wall and sink. The bathroom was very clean. The room, despite being non-smoking, reeked heavily of cigarette and cannabis smoke covered up very strongly by cleaning chemicals. The smell made it difficult to sleep, it was that strong. The fire alarm went off for about a minute at 11:30 PM, thankfully no fires, but was very disruptive. This is a pet friendly hotel, so there were dogs barking at all hours of the night. The front desk staff was very kind, but there are clearly some operational deficiencies. Would not recommend.
