I wish I had read more reviews before booking, but the noise issue was the largest con of the stay. The walls were indeed thin with no sound insulation. The previous reviews regarding motorcyclists were indeed true when I was awoke every night at 2-3AM. You hear everything on the streets and from your neighbors upstairs and beside you.
While it is convenient in terms of location - relatively close to both the airport line and metro lines, I would not recommend this for a long term stay, because you won’t get adequate rest. Other pros are the fast and easy check-in and the washer in unit. If it’s only for a few nights - it’s not bad for the price.

不錯 Towels!!!for a 3 night stay no replacements. Similar other apartment hotel in Kyoto replaced towels everyday!!

Dotonbori is a five minute walk, which is great. Very close to shopping, restaurants, and subway. Kitchen was adequate to cook shrimp and Wagyu beef.

The room is clean. Staff are friendly, but it's hard to communicate with them. We used a translator app so that we could understand what we were saying.
