The staff was very useful and dedicated. The breakfast was tasty and generous. The room was also spacious with a great canal view. I find the AC was not strong enough for the size, they provided us with fan which was perfect.

Really cute place. Feels like you’re staying above a museum. The water taxis drop you off right outside. Really close to the bridges and the square and good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location next to the Rialto Bridge. Staff were excellent and got us checked in early.

Very accommodating reception crew, easy and accessible to the whole of Venice restaurants shops and bars.

Extremely convenient- private water taxi or public water taxi drops you off right in front of the place on the grand canal. It's an old city so modern conveniences are what they are, rooms aren't overly large, but more than enough room to be comfortable, they have a small elevator to help with luggage but there are stairs that you might have to take. Hotel is well maintained, clean, air conditioning worked great - we were there when it was quite hot. Hotel staff present 24 hrs a day and very helpful. Included breakfast was spectacular served in a quaint breakfast room. We would definitely would stay there again.

It’s a historical building. I felt that I was living in an old time period. They only inconvenience was the stairs lots and lots of stairs

Great stay...location right next to the Rialto Bridge so it was easy to get to. The room was spacious and well kept.

Only complaint is that the bed was too spongy
