The location was good because its close to the metro and roma termini plus within 20-30 minutes walk to all major attraction like trevi, pantheon, colesseum and palitine hill. The staff were not veery friendly. Like it was an obligation for them to be working there and assisting the guest. The room were not ready because of plumbing issue so they gave us a different room that is not what we wanted because itsa not two beds plus it was a suite that was all the way to the top that didn't have an access to the elevator. The elevator service is only till the fourth floor so the languages were an issue to carry on floor down.

Clean cozy place and friendly crew! Highly recommend this place.

The service at this hotel was very friendly and helpful. We arrived a few hours before check in time and they were kind enough to let us in the room before

Very few amenities. Great location. Not typical hotel. They don’t occupy the whole building. Therefore not easily visible from the street. More like an Airbnb without a kitchen. I would stay there again.

The staff was nice and first time travel out the country and everything is on the small side. The city was very clean. The elevator on 2 people with your suitcase can fit.

Location is convenient. The staff members were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. I also appreciated that the room was completely quiet and the air conditioning worked great, keeping the space perfectly cool.On the downside, the bed and pillows were quite hard, which made it difficult to get comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was also faulty and needs to be repaired. Overall, it is a good place to stay for the location and peace, but the bed comfort and room maintenance could be improved.

Property was clean and the staff was very helpful with booking a car service as well for the airport.

We had a roof top room and it’s view was super

Staff were super nice. Location was amazing
