My wife and I have visited this property many times. It is beautiful, even elegant. We can relax and feel rejuvenated when we leave.The food, service and amenities are very much to our liking. Thank you Vin Pearl. We will return🙏

Exceptional hotel! A spectacular experience and building with A+ staff. Worth every penny!

We had the best 3 day stay at VinPearl. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. We had 2 buffet dinners which were both very delicious. The pool and the beach were clean and great for a swim. The grounds were good to have a walk around. The hotel is very customer focus which made our stay very pleasant. The ferry service taking you to and from the mainland was very well organised and efficient.

The hotel wasn’t horrendous, the pool was nice, the rooms were fine and the food was good however there was a lot wrong with the place. Firstly there was a wedding going on when we stayed which we weren’t informed about prior to coming and it mean some of the amenities were off limits. The hotels policy on no outside food and drink is stupid, I’d understand if it was just actual meals but not allowing us to bring water in and then charge 130,000 vnd (about £3.50) for a 750ml bottle is a joke whilst also not providing anything in the way of snacks. We also were never told we had to book for any of the restaurants so on one evenings they told us we couldn’t go in until an hour and a half later because we hadn’t booked, even though when we did eventually go in there was only roughly 1/4 of the restaurant full. Lastly on the last few mornings we were woken up by other guests children running around the hall at 6:30/7 in the morning, although not the fault of the hotel, when we asked them whether we could switch to a quieter floor or if they could ask the guests on our floor to not let there children run around so early, they said it wasn’t their responsibility, which I semi understand but they should also be partially responsible for if other guests are being effected. Overall the stay dampened our last few nights in Vietnam and we left the hotel with quite a sour taste in our mouth, and our luggage being left 30 minutes behind us.

Everything was amazing. Spa is super busy so booking ahead of stay is recommended.

Very very nice resort. Clean and friendly. TRI from the front desk is a very honest and friendly. He was super helpful.

Beautiful hotel, great view, nice facilities. Fun being on an island with its own beach, and nicely appointed terminal. Excellent breakfast buffet. Sometimes busy, other times empty and peaceful. Only downside was chaotic check out, staff doing their best but other guests pushy and literally elbowing.

This resort is incredible I felt like I won the lottery! Very family oriented. Food was amazing and diverse selections. Pool was a 20 out of 10! Beach not so great perhaps a 5 out of 10.

Room was comfortable and food was great.
