Very conveniently located by the main train station in Florence. The reception is at the top floor. The entrance to this boutique hotel is nondescriptive. Look out for the door/building number. Ring the bell for the hotel staff to unlock the entrance door and walk up the stairs to check-in. Luggage can be stored on site for self-pick up, if leave early and pick up luggage later.

Great property, 5 minute walk from the train station which was extremely convenient. Located in a historic older building, I believe 160 years old. All the staff that we interacted with were extremely kind and helpful. Also extremely walkable to all the major sites and experiences that you want to see while in Florence.

Didnt use laundry

The kitchen and shared living space with library and design thinking layout was great and Antonio was a fabulous host.

Check in was amazing; the young man working reception was exceptional. His helpful and friendly demeanour has been unmatched during our entire trip. The communal breakfast space is open 24 hours and you can help yourself to fruit, cookies, tea, etc. We drank some wine there one evening and took advantage of their book collection, finding one on Florence. Our room was the Ducati Room, there are a few things to be aware of. The washroom is elevated with tricky stairs that have no lighting or white markings to be seen in the dark. I placed squares of toilet paper on each step to help in the dark, but still my husband stumbled. This is unsafe and there should be at least a night light that illuminated the stairs. The street is 1000 years old, The building is 500 years old. Apparently there is nothing that can be done about the sewer smell in the room or incredibly loud street noise out front. Bring ear plugs or they have some if you forgot them. The location is very close to the train station and it is very easy to walk to most places you will want to visit.

Great location, but the stairs and even with light luggage was a struggle

Location is good; however, the street is noisy at night & disrupted sleep. The hotel is between other buildings - so limited visibility. Rooms are situated over 4 floors. Beware - if you have large luggage, it’s a hike up the stairs. The Vespa room at the top is VERY small. Photos online did not match expectations on arrival.

Albert was really helpful. He made sure that our taxi was arriving early in the morning to take us to the airport. There is No elevator

The location, overall stay, including the room, facility, staff and service were excellent. Lugging our luggage up six flights of stairs was a bit rough.

Room had no windows and wifi mostly didn't work as not enough bandwidth is shared between all guests. Internet was only usable past midnight when people went to sleep.
