Very friendly staff with warm atmosphere - even when you do not have any ideas to enjoy your stay at that area, you will get better suggestions from them. One thing to keep in your mind - wish to have better weather during your stay!

The owners treat you like family. The room was traditional Japanese style and very inviting. I will definitely stay with them again

Our stay at Lodge Stack Point was lovely. The hosts, Mama-San and Papa-San, were so friendly and provided us with great recommendations. The room was perfectly comfortable and the location was tranquil.

Very excellent place. The host and hostess are very kind and sweet, and very knowledgeable about the area. They pointed us to some great places to eat and sightsee, and (if it wasn't raining) places to see Mt. Fuji. Also, a really cool park with lots and lots of cherry blossoms and huge bushes full of azalea flowers. They're within easy walking distance of the town, in a very quiet but beautiful neighborhood. Also not far from some really great caves. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back next time we come to Japan.

This place was amazing. The hosts were so friendly and helpful it really made the trip perfect. We had a traditional Japanese room and I slept so good on the bedding that my back felt great each morning. The area is beautiful and the host are knowledgeable about the sites visitors come to see. We’ll be coming back.

wonderful stay. Mamasan and Papasan were very friendly and accomodating. They were also super helpful for our climb of Mt Fuji.

The hosts were extremely nice and welcoming! I was only in town for the night after a long hike so they recommend a near by onsen. Unfortunately I wasn't able to go due to having tattoos but no problem! They drew a warm bath for me! A very nice and relaxing experience!

Mummasan & Pappasan welcomed us with open arms when we arrived and were so hekpful with anything we needed. They look after you like you are a long time friend. The lodge is very cozy and warm and breakdast was lovley. I highly recommend this lodge. We will definitely come back.
