The location was excellent for our trip

We booked the separate apartment, which had great looking images of the unit accompanied by great reviews. When we got there the apartment looked nothing like the pictures and was very run down and dingy. I was expecting 2 bedrooms, but this unit only had 1 bedroom and a futon. There was also work to get hot water, turning on the boiler and waiting 20-30 min, which didn’t even guarantee a warm shower for 2 people. We didn’t make a fuss since it was only 2 nights and the price paid was super cheap. However, be mindful that what you see is not always what you get. Staff was very nice and the main hotel seemed nice. I wish we had booked a normal room instead.

Everything is good . If renting the apartment it’s a walk to have breakfast at the hotel . Breakfast and location is good .

Spacious apartment that is centrally located. Would stay here again.

The hotel itself was fine, clean, staff was good as well as the breakfast. However the hotel booked us thier offsite condo which wasvdark, run down dirty and not reflecting the pictures provided. We asked to get a redo but the hotel refused and Expedia supported the hotel dispute the clear misleading older pictures provided. The hotel brought us into the main building for our last 2 days which was fine, but we paid for another hotel for the first night despite not getting a refund as we wanted to enjoy Athens and not stay in a run down condo.

At first I thought the room would be a little noisy with car noise as we were facing a main road going to the Acropolis; however, it was wonderfully quiet (3rd floor room). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building is modern, and the rooms spacious. We really appreciated the location just 2 blocks west of the pedestrian promenade that circles the Acropolis and that has so many restaurants...near all these but far enough to feel more like a residential neighborhood. Wonderful breakfast with home made items. The rooftop deck was fabulous!

Everything and everyone was great. Breakfast was great. We were thankful the TV channels were also great because we spent 2 days in our room waiting for our luggage that AGEAN Airlines lost. Agean Airlines is worthless. Our luggage was lost for 2 days and never delivered to the room. They held it at the airport and delivered it to the cruise ship on our sail date. 2 days with no luggage. DON’T FLY AGEAN AIRLINES

We arrived at the hotel and waited for Maria to come and check us in. She was very pleasant and helpful giving us places to see while we waited for our apartment unit to be ready. It was across the street from the actual hotel. The room was very comfortable and a little quirky (which I will not go into), just something we were not used to. Nothing too terrible. The breakfast at the hotel in the moring was fantastic with the lady running the kitchen a real master. We had everything to eat that we wanted. When we were leaving, Maria made arrangements for a taxi to take us to the port where we were catching out cruise ship. Everything was smooth and without any issues. I would love to see what the actual rooms were like since we stayed in an apartment. But everything was outstanding.

Perfect location to tour sites, shop & eat. The staff was very helpful. We had troubles entering as the door buzzer wasn’t working & we did not have cell service in Athens. Once we were in everything was great. WiFi was good.
