Location is not the best and the parking was not that close to the property.

The hotel convenient and was close to the sites. Twenty minutes from the Duomo and 30 minutes from the Arno River. Breakfast was included in the room rate. While they had a good selection the food was mediocre and the breakfast staff were not very friendly. We went to the lounge to watch the soccer game and there was no bartender nor any sign advising how to get a drink. The room was dirty with dark fingerprints on the bathroom door. We paid a good price for the hotel so was disappointed overall.

Location is a 25 minute walk from the historical part of Florence - bar area outside the hotel is nice. Friendly staff but dated rooms and breakfast wasn’t great. Pleasant stay but when we return to Florence we’ll try somewhere else.

Reception staff amazingly helpful. Comfortable room with everything we needed.

Wonderful, well-presented hotel in a great location with an excellent and generous breakfast. Immaculate, spacious rooms, great proximity to city centre and tram stop just outside.

Room and bathroom clean. Could use more cloth hangers. Great breakfast with everything you might want. Sergio and the breakfast staff are execellent in keeping up with cappucino orders and replenishing the food choices. Great location with tram T2 station next to the hotel. T2 from airport as well as passing by railroad station to hotel. Avoid taxis, very expensive. Public transport gets you everywhere. Walk from hotel to ponte vecchio is 40 minutes.
