Everything was perfect, from the check in, the staff, parking, we didn’t eat there but I’m sure it was amazing. I can’t wait to come back to this area i definitely will stay there!

Great- clean. In a business park, so a little drive off the highway. Would stay again.

I stayed here over the weekend for a convention being held at the hotel, CNY-Con. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the amenities (including the attached Beer Tree restaurant where we ate for breakfast, enjoyed drinks and Karaoke and picked up quick meals throughout the day) were excellent, and the location was safe and clean. 10/10 I will be re-booking another stay next summer for the same event.

The staff was very helpful when I change my stay from 3 night to 2 nights. They also were nice enough to change me from a 2nd floor room to the first floor when they found out that I was having a knee replacement. The ebening after my surgery my sister went to the Bar/Restaurant and was able to get us someting to eat which was very good. The morning we were checking out we ate the continental breakfast which was just what I needed and it was all freshly made. Over all we enjoyed our stay at the Burrstone Inn.

My room was clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and professional. The Beer Garden restaurant at the hotel has great roadhouse/pub fare with very reasonable prices and generous portions. The outdoor pool was clean and warm. The included breakfast provided a variety of tasty options. I came for a convention and the staff was very accommodating of all attendees. I will stay here again next year.

Hotel seems dated but was good enough and decently clean for napping on our way through the area.

Excellent stay and friendly staff

Great spacious hotel in an old textile factory. Beautiful outdoor pool. Nighttime entertainment and food. Typical buffet breakfast and plenty of food. Hotel is hidden by lots of trees but with GPS you can find it. One of my favorite hotels.

I left a mouthguard on the night stand. I know where I left it. I called that night, desk person seemed too busy, said she would call me. Never did. I called back-nothing. Oh yeah, there was no hot water for the morning shower. When I called the desk, they were not supervised. At night there were some relatively scuzzy folks at some evening parties. Never again.

First and foremost, the staff went above and beyond for my husband and I throughout our week long stay. I'm dealing with an injury and already have needs that require a service animal and they really made me feel taken care of with a first floor room right next to the doors to the parking lot. The gym was a great spot for my husband to work with his clients virtually and the pool was a nice place to dip after a long day. We honestly haven't enjoyed a hotel stay this much in such a long time. THANK YOU to everyone that made our stay at Burrstone Inn so cozy and awesome! ❤️ Love from Texas!
