極佳 The staff was undeniable superior to staff i experienced. They assisted with car rental, attractions, airport transfer etc. My room was an apartment.. i couldn't think of anything more one could ask. It had everything I needed except for a personal butler.lol loved being able to walk through the neighborhood which housed locals and loved having a short Uber to downtown.

This stay was a surprise to us. We had low expectations when we booked. We were looking for accommodation for 3 adults and 2 kids. The rooms were awesome! Kitchenette, huge balcony connected to all rooms and the view was amazing! I only hold back one star because the buffet food could have been better. The hotel had charging stations for cars and smart lighting which I really appreciated. Will be coming back for sure.

Such a great experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The property and room was super clean and maintained well. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Not sure about the buffet food

This property is great especially for a family of 4 with 2 young kids which was our situation. We loved the spaciousness. We also loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer ( one machine does both as is typical in Europe), especially coming off a prior week in Spain thus needing to do some laundry. The amenities are great and the location is closeby to all main attractions with short Uber rides. We would return here if we visited Lisbon again.

The rooms are huge and clean, although show signs of wear and tear. We tried the breakfast just for one morning because it seemed really expensive for what was on offer. The parking was safe but incredibly tight with some covered vehicles overhanging their bays into the driveway making it even more difficult to manoeuvre.
I appreciate prices can change with the seasons but we were told after we left that some family stayed here around Easter for half the price we were charged!
