La situation de l'hôtel est un atout certain ainsi que ses nombreuses aménités. Nous avons en effet été témoins de certains problèmes rapportés dans d'autres commentaires comme la prise qui se détache. La chambre était petite, mais propre et les lits confortables. La dame au comptoir était charmante et vraiment aidante. Le sentiment est celui d'un village vacances qui souffre d'un certain vieillissement, mais notre expérience a été très bonne. Le séjour s'est très bien passé, mission accomplie.

EL hotel esta en la parte superior de Rocamadour y es ideal si cuentas con carro. No cuenta con restaurantes pero hay varios lugares cercanos a los que puedes conducir. Es un hotel viejo pero muy cómodo e ideal si quieres salir de la parte mas turística.

We booked for the great looking pool, but once arrived the pool was out of service, unacceptable.
Reception closed from 13h to 16h and after 22h.
Quality of breakfast was very underperforming as well.

極佳 Breakfast was really nice. The hotel staff were incredible. Friendly, attentive and knew the answers to all our questions. This hotel is so ideal to visit the historical sites nearby and I would recommend it to anyone. When we return we will stay here again.

The room was very clean and the area was quiet. We left before breakfast so no rating there. The Château restaurant was not open, perhaps because it is April? However, Ginette Restaurant was open one night and it was quite good. The location is fantastic for the cathedral. It is a bit of a walk to restaurants and shops in town but the walk is beautiful.

The location is a plus near to the lift to the town and the castle. The pool was an added bonus. Everything was within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a little
dated but functional and they allow dogs.
