Great

Clean

The room was quiet and reasonably spacious for one person. The kitchen was not very well equipped: for example, no cups (for a tea). It was not perfectly clean: hair left in the shower and crumbs on the kitchen counter. The breakfast was great: many options available including meats, eggs, bread, fresh fruit, yogurt,... Conveniently located on campus.

A nice, simple functional stay.

I was unfortunately very disappointed with my one night staying here. The room claimed to be set at 19C, with air-conditioning as an option to make it even cooler. However, the room stayed around 24C overnight and the coolest the AC would go was 22C with barely any power. In order to get any airflow I had to keep the window wide open and the lack of shade / bug net on the window meant that it was exposed to the elements and insects (on top of the mosquitoes that were already in the room when I checked in). I asked reception to fix it, which didn't do anything, and they couldn't even provide a small fan to help. On top of that, since the hotel was fully booked, there were no alternative rooms to move into and they didn't seem fussed that the room was way too hot to sleep in.

No air conditioning, mosquitos in the room, my bed was in the wall (as a murphy bed) and hadn't been made, and my shampoo and soap were empty

the smelled "old man" in the room. too expensive for what you get you do not feel comfortable

Clean and efficient, very satisfied by this stay

A nice new hotel with large fresh studios in a quiet area with good connection to Massy and Paris.

The rooms were a good size and well equipped with enough items to enable simple meals to be prepared. An oven wouldn't have gone a miss and the location is not ideal unless you have a car
