We came to attend the world cup game in Dallas and our experience was great, the location is great close to the airport and West Irving station, 20 minutes drive to downtown Dallas, great location with many amenities around

Clean room, clean restroom, clean breakfast buffet area. Overall very pleasant. Will definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

No Lounge chairs by pool . Soaked elevator floor when I first arrived. Almost hurt myself with my suitcase.
Male by pool was taken videos of me and was very upsetting. He was also smoking everywhere twice this happened.
Front desk seems
afraid to speak to him .
Internet not free as advertised. If you don’t let them sell your information & provide email full name and number , must pay for WIFI ..

It’s just so-so; the TV didn't work, the fridge didn't work, the sink kept clogging, and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Most importantly, breakfast was always the same—very, very basic and not good at all. I don't think I'll stay at this hotel again; sorry.
