This place is lovely, best choice for family with children. And breakfast is awesome. I love ofura ( Onsen ) and i can relax here instaed of going to japan. Services is great.

I stayed 8 nights on a business trip in January 2019. But of the eight, three were free days. There is nothing in the immediate vicinity, but they run a free shuttle to Robinsons shopping mall and another Mall from 09.00 - midnight every 30 minutes.. You can also go on a free shuttle to Pattaya (45 mins) for the day. It leaves / returns every two hours from their office near Robinsons. The Balcony courtyard is quiet, with gate security and is home to a lot of Japanese families who work for local Japanese companies. The rooms are clean and tidy and well-serviced. The only down side is there is no tea/coffee facilities in the room. But there is a family lounge on the ground floor of block 2 where you can get free tea/coffee and basic snacks. The beds were a little too firm for my liking. But overall good value for the price.

We book this accom as we are seeking for a value for money hotel. We were extremely impressed by all staff who is so polite and helpful. Proper was clean, atmosphere was good, room was fine, breakfast was superb. One negative is the pool is small.

The hotel has a lot of activities free-of-charge e.g. social lounge, golf simulator, onsen, etc. It has a minimart which the merchandise is not expensive. The room is comfortable and breakfast is great. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we’re in Si Racha!!!

very nice hotel

Getting the included breakfast was nice. Although you will have to know the area well if you wanted to go to another restaurant but I'm sure the staff would be more than happy to help. Only problem was that there was no iron or ironing board in the room, you had to use their services. This was not bad though as it was a good price to have it done and they pressed my clothes within 3 hours.
