Very clean

Loce this hotel. Im handicapped, and rhey separatete a special room for me. The bathroom is petfect size, very accessible theres is a bencrh with bars in the shower and toilet. The service is excellent. The lady brought me another bed easy to transfer and the guy who help us put out luggage in the car was very nice. There is a supermarket that you can walk-in one minute away. Ill definitely be there again when I come back to Brazil.

I went to Campinas SP Brasil with my family. I got 2 rooms. Im really happy. I did this 2023 for a week so back again 2024. That's a very good staying. I truly recommend.

Great place with clean nice room, and delicious breakfast. Only one elevator was working which took time to move in the building.

Amazing staff. Whatever you asked they tried to accommodate. Friendly, courteous. All amenities, such as spa, steam room, gym, jacuzzi working excellently. Great food selection for breakfast. Negatives: No access to outside calls, regardless of ability to pay not even 800 numbers. No airport transfer service, but Uber is inexpensive, reasonable $6.00 for two people

Super friendly staff, but the bathroom had mold, old bath towels, and some of the furniture was very used/needs updating. The location is very convenient but it's downtown, not in Cambui as described. The amenities are nice, the gym looks way bigger in the pictures than in person. Relatively small gym.
