Couldn’t get in. The car park was snowed under

Great hotel, staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and perfectly adequate for stopover. Table football, electric darts and games/chill out area with bean bags and books is great for kids. Breakfast was very good but a bit expensive. Would definitely stay again and definitely redommend.

Hotel was fine. Only issue was lack of food available. Only option offered was premade pizza.

Pleasant enough for the price. Connects with the styles property and the sudden decor change to highlight being in budget is very obvious. Very basic rooms with just a bed and tv

As this was a budget hotel we expected the facilities to be lacking. However we did expect cleanliness, we found what looked lie pubic hairs in the shower and next to the sink and the toilet had not been cleaned properly there were Brown marks left by someone’s recent trip to the loo. Ok for a nights stay if you’re driving through or just need to crash for the night. Mc Donald’s in walking distance if you need a warm drink in the morning.

The check in was good and efficient and friendly. One of the beds had not been cleaned so we needed to change the sheets

As i explained to your representative on the online chat. The stay didn't happen as we are still stranded near Bordeaux.

Very disappointed to find our room was at the farthest end of the hotel, on the first floor. Not very suitable for a stay with a dog . A long walk to take her out for a comfort break during the night.

Could not find any lift to the upper floors and bedding a strange texture (still clean though) but otherwise everything was as expected. Room suitable for one night and breakfast was great

A very good experience from start to finish. Check in was smooth and uneventful, the staff were friendly and helpful. Some concerns about the security of the car park which was accessible to all from the street as there had been instances where cars had been broken into; thankfully nothing happened to us though. We walked next door and visited McDonalds for breakfast which was very convenient.
