The staff was amazing. They were polite, helpful, courteous, and professional.
Parking is free and accessible from the first floor. They also offer bus information to get into the city.
The room was rather small, especially for four. In our case, the shower doors did not seal properly, causing lots of water to splash out and creating a mess and a slip hazard.
Overall it was a good stay but the price was a bit high consisting the room size and shower issue. Did I mention the hotel staff was amazing?

It was a good stay from my wife and me. Like my wife said, it’s an airport hotel so it’s not going to be as nice as some hotels that are further away from the airport, I guess. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Knew English very well. The furniture was stained and a little tired. No Netflix or YouTube on the TV since it didn’t have any access to Internet so since we don’t speak German, that was not something we could enjoy. It was a good stay, but don’t expect luxury.

Super location for the airport in Salzburg and the designer outlet!
Staff were very accommodating, pleasant and friendly.
The room was clean, the bed comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
