Fantastic place, best pool ever , room clean and staff were amazing

Very helpful staff and well located near the river. Baggage storage and an earlier than expected check-in all helped.

Everything was wonderful. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we’ve had. The room was lovely. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the lack of communication. I emailed them two days in a row…no one replied. I then phoned twice…both times I was disconnected. Hotels.com also tried calling numerous times with no success.

Our adjoining rooms were very good. One room had a badly leaking AC (all over the floor) but they were quick to clean it up and fix the problem. Staff were friendly. Really good breakfast buffet with many options and a beautiful room where it is served next to the pool.

Great location across the beach. Great service.

Really good hotel that was really cheap, I didn’t know what to expect for the price ~$120au per night with breakfast included, but the room was a great size for the four of us, two seperate bedrooms and the pool area was good too. A 5-10 min grab gets you to anywhere and the best Bahn Mi in Vietnam is a 400m walk away (Tiem Nha An). Staff were really helpful and friendly, I would absolutely stay here again.

Hôtel très bien situé à quelques minutes de la Cité Impériale. Accueil chaleureux et très agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux et excellent café. À recommander sans hésitation!

Great hotel in quiet location less touristy but can walk to most sites and good restaurants

Great service at front desk. Arrived early and were given access to room well ahead of check-in, and given an upgrade. Very helpful staff.

Nice hotel. I would stay there again. The reception was awesome, very friend and helpful
