Hot water / bathroom water not working - complained - advised we were using wrong - same issue next morning - inconvenienced - had to use another rooms bathroom.

Enjoyed our short stay at this hotel.The staff was friendly and courteous.Was about two minutes walking distance from the Golden Temple.Also was close to a shopping area and transportation was easily available.Checked out after three in the morning and staff was there to assist.Exceptional service.My rating Ten out of Ten.Thanks …Harry MADHOSINGH Orlando Florida (Can show my name with review)

The rooms were shabby ...Like a jail cell. Window is there but can not be used since it is facing the wall. House keeping is pathetic. Bed sheets not clean. No pillow covers provided . Very bad experience and not at all value for money.
