Hotel location is good, cozy and quiet. Convenient for dining and shopping. Staffing crew was kind. However parking, especially for out from the basement to the road, was difficult

Very cost effective hotel. Clean and comfortable.

It was a very nice room - comfortable bed, nice view. My only complaint was that there was so much heat coming from the ondol floors that I was woke up sweating in the middle of the night. The front desk said to turn the AC on. It's really wasteful to have the heat and AC on to control the temperature, especially in late November.

The ceiling ac had mold or black dust build up. My throat hurt the first night so left the windows open for some air. Location wise nice for short walks and local eatery places.

Good area with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the area.

it is nice but they need to improve the laundry service as it takes 3 days to get the laundry back. Also a gym room would be a plus

Rooms are very dusty especially on the wall next to bad.

The hotel was perfect for a short stay in this area. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful and kind. My only complaint is that although parking was free, it wasn't the easiest ro access. Other that that, it was a pleasant stay.

Great hotel. Clean rooms, individual AC/heat in each room. Free parking, but getting in and out is very tight
