We had a really nice room with a washer/dryer that was so awesome for this point in our vacation. The fridge was stocked with a few drinks and the apartment was spacious and cool and really nicely furnished and maintained.
The staff were helpful and the location was very close to public transportation and within walking distance of many sites.

Very nice hotel, the rooms were large and spacious. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great
Convenient walk to most of the touristy areas of Hamburg
Close by parking station although quite expensive

We like this hotel and we will stay there again but a couple of things could use tweaking. First and foremost, the perfume of cigarettes in the lobby is a negative. Secondly, the staff are very nice but not very well trained to deal with issues. They never could get our smart TV working to function with media channels and they never even got back to us to say why they couldn’t get it going. It would be nice to have a concierge who knew exactly what he was talking about on various subjects. Otherwise the hotel is elegant and well positioned between the harbour and the downtown area.

Elegant hotel in the heart of the city, walking distance to many sights and public transportation is steps from the front door. The room was large, comfortable and beautiful. Breakfast was terrific.
