very satisficed with the room

Great experience and friendly staff!

Our first mistake was booking through Expedia. When you book through a third party, the property is limited on what they can do. But we had a rough experience. The room they gave us smelled strongly of must and cigarette. So I asked to move rooms but they told me they were completely booked out. So I asked for an air purifier and then they told me they had a downgraded room we could have. So we took it. We've stayed at this property before and had a better experience but this one was garbage. We won't be back. The staff member told us we were SOL because we booked through Expedia.

While the staff was helpful and polite, the property itself was quite old. The AC in my room malfunctioned. I was provided an electric fan for the night, which made the night manageable. But it wasn’t far from ideal, that I had to walk to the reception at 2 am myself to fetch the electric fan, as the hotel was out of staff. Not the best experience.

This was the worst Hilton hotel property I have ever stayed at. The room was hot, air conditioning barely worked. Thermostat was from the 70's. Hot as heck in the room. The hotel had only 1 ice machine working for the whole place. The walkways were dirty, dirty Q-tip laying in the walkway. Elevators were like hot sauna's. The best thing was the laundry area, it had some a\c. This place needs updating and new management.Spills everyway, cobwebs in stairwells and walkways.Not handicapped accessible. Food was a joke.Carpets were dirty and had an odor. We stayed only because we needed a layover stop after driving 8 hrs. We didn't even stay the whole night. We got on the road as soon as it was daylight.

Breakfast was great.

Clean room, excellent breakfast. TV. had limited stations, most would not play on our TV convenient free parking

We had a wonderful time already making plans to come back in November
