Very friendly staff, clean rooms and good breakfast

The staff was not very helpful. We went to the reception 4 times for various questions, and only once they were friendly. Worst part was that the air conditioner did not work. When I asked the receptionist about this, they said they have turned them off and will not turn them back on. It was very warm and noisy in Palermo, and even with the window open, it was not very comfortable in addiction to the noise.

Room was basic and not new or too clean. Air con didn’t work and area around hotel was not pleasant. Will not recommend

Breakfast was very good with variety of sweets, fruit, cereal, eggs, etc. Food at their restaurant also very good.

Photos on website not same as actual room- mould in bathrooms - taps rusty floors sticky with acerbic smell & outside very old with broken pavement s- rooms a real let down stuck in the 80’s!!

The air con wasnt working. The breakfast had limited options. The rooms were not clean and had flies.

Stayed for 5 nights. Excellent service and helpful pleasant staff. Comfortable large clean lobby. Rooms cleaned and towels changed punctually everyday. Excellent breakfast. Very convenient location for going in any direction. The fastest elevators !

This is not a 4 star hotel despite the advertised rating. It is an old facility in urgent need of an upgrade. For example, the Astro turf up in the 12th floor terrace is in urgent need of replacement. To be fair, the room and bathroom were clean and adequate. Is not the hotel’s fault but its location is far from the city center and without easy access. The taxi rides in Palermo are expensive and must be factored in when calculating the total cost of your stay. Only some members of the staff were friendly. On the positive side, the price was relatively inexpensive but stay away from the hotel restaurant. The food there was mediocre and expensive although the person in charge was nice.

Rooms are spacious but lighting is extremely poor

Room was comfortable but walls were very dirty. Big shower / tub with mold on the tiles.
