Such a beautiful property. The room and added perks (heated towel rack and bathroom floors) were second to none! The staff was so friendly and focus on making it a perfect stay. We wish we stayed more than one night to take advantage of dinner and amenities. We drove from picton on way to auckland so arrived late and left early! If we ever come back we will stay longer for sure!!

Dinner and Breakfast were really nice meals, beautifully cooked with great choices. Shwetna was an outstanding staff member, greeting us on arrival and showing us around the beautiful estate and all it had to offer. She was engaging, polite, patient and we saw her in several roles at Hana Lodge, always cheerful and helpful.

Party of 5, 2 rooms. We had the absolute best time at the Hana Lodge, the grounds are beautiful and the onsite restaurant was great! The whole staff was amazing!

Could not reccoment Hana Lodge more, the staff are amazing, so friendly, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, charming, unique the artwork is beautiful and quirky as are the sculptures around the property. Breakfast is included everyday and the food is beautiful compliments to the chef and to everyone who we interacted with during our stay ❤️

We had an amazing stay at Hana Lodge. The room was so cozy and comfortable, and we were so taken care of during our entire stay. The room/hotel had a lot of amenities and we absolutely loved all the art throughout the hotel and their resident alpacas! The breakfast is also made to order and was so delicious. Top tier hospitality/staff - big shout out to Star (星星) who absolutely made our stay unforgettable!

極佳 Tucker away behind a beautiful lawn with cool sculptures, the Hana lodge was a great one nite retreat after hiking the Tongariro crossing. Hot tub and sauna appreciated and a gourmet 3 course meal was amazing! Thank you to the lovely staff!

Wonderful place for a peaceful getaway. They only have 12 rooms and it’s a great stay. Staff knew all the guests and made us feel like family.
