Comfortable stay

A bit dated hotel can surely do with some upgrade . Good food and very warm and helpful staff

Enjoyed our stay and the superb service, along with the excellent on-site restaurants with friendly staff.

The hotel is located next to some of most happening places in Bangalore like MG Road, Brigades, etc. The in-house Kodla restaurant is amazing. The day shift front desk staff is amazing. They action any requests we have. Good going guys. Keep it up 👍

Cleanliness can improve as found two used towels and a toothpick in the wardrobe which was a bit disgusting. Also, the hotel should provide two bath towels and two hand towels for a couple. Otherwise, it was good.

Great buffet breakfast. Sweet and simple place to stay.

Food was Good, QTY is high and Reasonably priced

This hotel has a great location - Richmond Circle which had my local office a stone's throw away. The staff is courteous and helping. Breakfast menu and taste both have a good scope for improvement. They have another restaurant 'Kudla' serving Mangalore cuisine - it serves awesome food.. Room is good but not outstanding. Air conditioning in the room was not functioning well and the bathroom shower had just a curtain and no collapsible glass door causing the water to flow all over the bathroom floor.
