Location was ideal, great staff, and amazing view!

Staff member came to meet me at the train station. I really appreciated that. The hotel was super clean and in a great location to everything. The bust and train were like 4 minutes walking

Every thing is very good except it was a little noisy in the morning.

Room was very clean and also pretty upscale for South America. The shower has good pressure and temperature, though it takes a minute to heat up. Once it does, it's stable. Bed is comfortable and there are lots of outlets for devices as well as a table and chair. Very close to the bus station for Machu Picchu as well as the train station. The only downside to my room was that I don't have any visible windows. The other rooms do have though. Overall, I found it very private and comfortable.

There was no window in our room, only a window to the hallway. There was no fan, the shower vented to the bathroom. It was clean, but a bit odd. The staff was friendly, breakfast was included.

We loved our stay here. Really nice hotel, all the amenities you could possibly need. Very helpful staff. Perfect location. Breakfast was fantastic as well. Would recommend to anyone.

Todo bien, excepto que los cuartos no tenían ventilación. Les hace falta aire acondicionado. El aire portátil que prestan no resuelve el problema.

The property is amazing and strategically located. Leonidas at the reception is the most helpful person you can ever talk to. I definitely recommend this hotel, you will never regret it.
