The room was clean, had everything we need, located close to a subway and many restaurants. The staff was very helpful and provided us with printed instructions/directions when we asked for help to get to a location. The hotel is small but our room felt room and the balcony was a bonus! AC worked, evening was very comfortable for sleeping.

Really enjoyed our stay! The neighbourhood was safe with lots of local restaurants and a connivence store across the road. Loved our little balcony and the fact we had an elevator to bring up luggage

We need more better accountability such as elevator and reception services.

Absolutely stunning hotel. I hadn’t originally paid for breakfast but I’m glad I went down as the artistic spread looked like a Cezanne painting. Loads of amenities including a bar of soap!! I am sick of using gel dispensers.

Hotel itself was really nice but the bathroom would smell really bad majority of the time, and it was not the same reoccurring smell (could’ve been the pipes I’m unsure). And when out room was cleaned essentials weren’t restocked but it didn’t matter much.

The front desk attendant Ekaterina was such a pleasant to deal with. She is an outstanding employee. I hope you pass this compliment to the Hotel owner.
