My stay was great friendly staff, clean room and good food first trip to Namibia and I was impressed

Everything about this place isn't 4 star. This is a basic Lodge that purports to be something more. The luxury room is tired and dated. The table leg was broken. The air conditioner leaked water and the room had insects everywhere when i arrived. The staff don't share details of what is available where. It's just about making money.
