Good service

I loved my stay at this hotel! The price was definitely worth it, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value and excellent service.

Very clean room and amazing location 👌

The space was exactly what we needed for our stay Madrid. The location is central and near several metro stations. Staff are kind and helpful. The space is clean, cozy and well organized.

Wonderful staff. Well designed rooms. Perfect location in the gayborhood!

The room was a bit small—just enough for a solo traveller. The AC was working but not the quietest. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast buffet. The selection wasn’t great and it was mostly pre-packaged food. If you’re going to Madrid Pride, the location of this hotel is perfect. It’s close to all the action, including one of the parks for the big nightly concerts.

Perfect location in the gayborhood. Clean and well-designed rooms. Delightful bilingual staff.

Wifi was terrible one woman who maintained breakfast was very rude, no fridge and wanted to charge for ice

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, limpio, cómodo, el personal atento y todo en muy buenas condiciones. Cuando vuelva a Madrid, definitivamente me quedaré ahí nuevamente.

Great location in Chueca, friendly staff, very clean. AC was a bit weak and water temperature temperamental, and all beds are single beds.
