FABULOUS LOCATION!!! The hotel is located right on the ocean with incredible views! It was one of the most peaceful, tranquil places I have had the opportunity to stay . The hotel is tucked away and very small making it so nice. The staff was very accommodating and lovely throughout our stay plus we enjoyed so much we extended our stay an extra night. We stayed in a suite with incredible views, huge outside deck to whale/dolphin watch with binoculars provided in our room and fabulous large bathroom with separate tub/ walk in shower. The infinity pool is absolutely amazing as it overlooks the ocean. The pool restaurant was really nice and great views! Overall the hotel is wonderful due to its location but it does need updating to the rooms. Also, you are limited to food choices and there is no coffee bar/light breakfast snack for very early morning risers. You are provided a Nespresso machine in your room but it only makes coffee, no lattes/specialty coffee drinks. The restaurant opens for breakfast at 7:30am so you have to wait until that time to get a specialty coffee drink/breakfast. Overall it is a great stay and do try to book in one of the suites with the great outdoor decks !

Beautifully located, great staff and amazing

To be honest, If the rates were $400-500 a night it would be a 9 - but at $700 per night I can only rate it a 7. Most areas of the hotel looked tired and needed a new coat of paint or varnish. The room we had was clean and tidy, but lacklustre and needed new carpet and a freshen of the balcony. There were spiderwebs on the balcony and walkways, a couple of cockroaches in our room, the blanket on the bed was old and fraying, the spa in our room was not cleaned each day, and the seafood we had at the restaurant was overcooked. Everything, including staff, was pleasant, but nothing was outstanding - overall a pretty average stay.

Great location. Dinner at Rick stein was excellent.

It was nice and clean and the pool side atmosphere on the Friday afternoon was fun however there is some minor issues , the first being the lack of enthusiasm or help from reception. I have to say the staff were a bit hit and miss with their hospitality. The hotel needs work a refresh as it’s classed as a 5 star and I certainly didn’t see or experience any 5 star perks .

Room was fantastic, wonderful view from the room. Nice amenities.
