All good

Young guy at check-in was very efficient and helpful....corner studio apartment on the 7th floor was really nice.....great views and plenty of living space.....fittings and equipment are all hi-specification (Allesi...Miele...etc). Location couldn't be better...handy for all the shops and a supermarket, all less than 3 minutes walk from the building entrance. Great feature to have a laundry room in the building which is cheap to use....and you don't need to buy detergent! Definitely will stay there again....oh, nearly forgot, half the daily cost of Citizen M nearby and with 10 times bigger room!!

The hotel is in a great location for transit and shopping. The rooms are generally clean but very dated. Studio 108 on the 5th floor has the toilet and shower in two separate areas. Both are in bad need of repair. This room is also very noisy as the tram is right outside. There are much better hotels in the same general area. I would not recommend this property,

Great location, really nice apartments with a nice view. Stayed twice now.

The kitchen was equipped enough for us, as we just had breakfast and lunch and in the apartment ate out for our evening meals.

The room was clean but only one hand towel and no bath mat. Managed to resolve this by getting in touch with the reception. Location is perfect!
