The staff at the Ibsen could not have been nicer. Every interaction with them was positive. The room was clean, comfortable and a generous size. The Ibsen is in a great location, just 4 blocks from the Norreport Station which has a direct train to the airport. It's an easy walk to the main attractions in Copenhagen. There's a comfortable sitting area in the lobby where you can get a coffee and croissant in the morning or an adult beverage in the evening. We were on the top floor so our room has a high ceiling with beams and the windows opened for a nice cooling breeze. Overall, a very nice hotel.

We loved our stay! The staff are great!! You can leave your luggage if you arrive early. Check in at 3 pm was very busy. Our medium sized room was the perfect size for us. Bed was comfortable. The window opens for fresh air, but when closed there's no street noise. The bathroom was smallish but perfectly functional. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand gel were provided. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Do yourself a favour and include breakfast in your tariff! We had the most amazing breakfast (with equally amazing service)!! It had the typical continental offerings with some hot food too (eggs, bacon, pancakes). The food quality was incredible! Gluten free options available. Most dishes marked with dietary icons.

Not bad but a bit dated

The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the room was rather basic and did not have air-conditioning. I did have a fan, but it was pretty humid and air-conditioning would’ve been very nice. It wasn’t clear that it didn’t have AC when I booked. The breakfast was nice. The rooms are a little rundown.

Excellent location. Near the metro. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We had a street-side room and it was very noisy on our last night. Courtyard side might be preferable.

The hotel is fully up to date. Nice bright room on 6th floor. The ceiling was low on one side. We are tall but enjoyed the quiet up high. The only item of complaint was the very slow shower drainage. Can be fixed. Would definitely recommend a stay at Ibsens

Great hotel in a local neighborhood. Close to everything you want to see and do. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Get the breakfast it is fantastic.
