Wonderful staff, we had an excellent stay. Comfortable rooms, good location, good food. Great local guides available, ask for Aden, you'll be very pleased.

We are looking forward to a chance to spend a little more time at your property in the future.

I loved the rooms, the staff and the food! However they should put in more effort with the compounds landscaping.

Cozy, clean and amazing staff

We were assigned at the last cottage which is very far from the reception. There was no transport avail for us to go to and fro the resto and recep area. That’s why we opted for room service for both dinner and breakfast since it is unsafe to go to the restaurant when there is no ample lighting and the way up is not very well lit and not cemented. It could have been better if they asked us our cottage preference especially that we are not from Kenya ans it is our first time in the country.

Really nice hotel, the food was amazing, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend (particularly Japheth and James).

Stay was good. Staff is friendly, and service was good. Food options can be improved. However, we did enjoy our meals.

Excellent experience and setting. Slightly taken aback by strict check out time of 10.00am with 1000ksh an hour if we overstayed.

The cottages were okay. Had all the amenities but the decor was off. The service we received at breakfast was AMAZING. I would go back again and recommend it just for the service and the breathtaking view of the lake at the pool.
