Five of us (women) were traveling to Italy from various parts of the United States and I researched many of the hotels in Rome to decide what hotel would best meet our needs (two single rooms and one room shared by three women). The reviews for this hotel were very good and, after researching the area of Rome (central), and the photos and descriptions, I chose this for the group. The rooms were well appointed with plenty of closet space and were MUCH nicer than reflected in the photos on the website. Water pressure in the shower was amazing and the bathrooms were immaculate! The staff were friendly and helpful and gladly reserved vehicles for us. We only ate once at the affiliated restaurant/hotel across the street and the food was delicious, fresh, and the server was efficient and very friendly. Dessert was perfecto! The pastries served in the morning at the buffet were scrumptious, and the fresh fruit was perfectly ripe. The coffee machine was the only drawback as it was not as hot as coffee typically is served and, because there is only one coffee machine, there was a line several times we attempted to get our coffee. My suggestion would be for the hotel to consider the dining room team serve the coffee as there appeared to be a good deal of hotel staff in the buffet dining area that were not occupied. I would stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel.

This was a great stay. First solo. Very close to train/metro system was easily accessible attractions were walking distance souvenir shopping close by cafes and restaurants were all close. Beautiful rooftop view.

My stay at Bettoja Hotel Mediterraneo in Rome was truly unforgettable. This trip was very meaningful to me because I was returning to Europe after 34 years, and my time in Rome became one of the highlights of my journey. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. I was so grateful the hotel was able to accommodate an early check-in after my travels, giving me time to rest before exploring the city. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, patient, and extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations, sightseeing suggestions, and arranging taxi service when needed. While I know these are services hotels provide, the kindness and professionalism of the staff truly stood out. The hotel itself is beautiful, sophisticated, and filled with classic old-world Italian charm. I loved the elegant style, history, and character of the property. It has a timeless feel that made my stay in Rome even more special. The location near Roma Termini made it easy for me to experience so much of Rome, including the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Santa Maria Maggiore, and many other unforgettable places. As a solo traveler, feeling welcomed and comfortable means everything. Thank you, Bettoja Hotel Mediterraneo, for your hospitality and for being part of my amazing return to Europe after 34 years. A very good experience. Good location and a very friendly staff. Great breakfast - even if not totally ready at 6.30. Will be back.

Il fallait débourser 7 euros pour obtenir une bouteille d’eau. Jamais vu cela dans un autre hotel.
