We had a great time, owners are very friendly and helpful. Provided snorkel gear, recommendations, and star fruit! Location is perfect, right by beach. Would stay again.

Thanks to Craig and Jane. This bungalow was close to the best snorkel spot on the coast. We even saw turtles and an octopus. What we saved on accommodation we spent on adventures. It was nice to be able to cook at home too.

We had an amazing time staying at Aroa Kainga Bungalows and can't recommend it enough. Jane and Craig were absolutely wonderful hosts—so friendly and incredibly helpful. We arrived in Rarotonga well before check-in time, and they kindly let us settle in early. They were just as accommodating when we checked out, letting us stay a bit longer while we waited for our taxi to the airport. The bungalow itself was great, very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The terrace was fantastic for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine, and the property is just a short stroll from Aroa Beach, which is easily one of the nicest beaches on the island. We truly had a fantastic stay and really hope to come back in the future!

The new hosts were very helpful and friendly. I wish them all the best in there new adventure.

Host, location, spacious

This place was something else. Not on the water from but less than a 1 min walk down to a cute beach with great snorkelling. The unit was like a little tiny house fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. Nev greeted me and was super kind and helpful. There was fresh drinking water ever day, washing machine to use and everything was super clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the ceiling fans worked a treat! Lots of windows for the breeze to keep things cool. The deck looked out to lush garden area and was such a nice place to hang out on the rainy days. You could be outside without getting wet or wind blown. Bus stop 4 min walk away, convenience store 15 mins sling with the shipwreck bar for sundowners and incredible sunsets. I definitely rate this place, the only problem I had was my stay here wasn’t long enough!!!

A quiet and spacious bungalow full of character. The ceiling fans were a great help when the temperatures rose, and was a comfortable stay. The hosts were welcoming and lovely upon arrival, and were full of recommendations and help during my stay!

The hosts were amazing, very accommodating & helpful. It was nice & quiet (except for the local animals). Short walk to the beautiful lagoon to go swimming & watch the sunset.

The owners were very knowledgeable and friendly with excellent communication.

Great wee spot. The room had a full sized fridge, microwave and a stove top making it easy to prepare our own food. There is also all equipment needed for snorkling. Debbie & Nev were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend Aroa Kainga Bungalow!!!
