Great location, cant get much closer to the Acropolis.

Excellent place to stay in Thisio near the Acropolis, plaka, monastiraki. Great value and service was awesome by the staff. Breakfast was very good and filling which was needed with all the walking we did all day. We loved the central location which was close to many cafes, restaurants and sites. Would highly recommend staying here. We booked two connecting rooms with awesome views of the Acropolis.

View is unsurpassed! Staff is wonderful! Food is great! Coffees to live for!! Super walkable neighborhood!

Wonderful property with beautiful view of the acropolis. When we get to return to Athens, we will definitely stay there again.

Great location, beautiful views and wonderful staff. Would come back again.

The location was ideal. In a quieter bit of the best place to be. An easy walk to the Plaka and the Acropolis. The views of the Acropolis from the rooms were breathtaking. The breakfast was fantastic. Would visit again. A few notes, there is no front desk, so any requests seem to be made through the people at the downstairs bar. The phone didn’t provide a way to contact a desk or help. There was some work being done on our floor so it got quite loud at times without warning. There was also no housekeeping during our stay, it would have been nice to get coffee station refills and bins emptied.

Exceptional location and incredible views of Acropolis from the room.

The team at Hotel Thissio is absolutely incredible.

Basement bathroom wouldn’t lock! Awkward. The breakfast tables and glasses were loaded with dust and dirty. The lobby area was a storage room- boxes everywhere and very uninviting.

Our daughter told us about the hotel and its view of the Parthenon. It is spectacular. Couple that with good food, helpful staff and lots of things to see and you have a winner.
