Beautiful caldera view from the suite and the pool. Staff & service was great. Property and rooms were very clean and well maintained. Shuttle to Fira was a perk but some additional shuttle times would be nice. Great place to stay in Santorini

Exceptional hotel with wonderful staff who clearly enjoy their job at the hotel (who wouldn't with that view). Wonderful room with a private pool (with a pleasant surprise that it was also heated meaning 24 hour perfect temps!), stunning hotel. Good food in the restaurant. Couldn't ask for more

This hotel was wonderful! Amazing views!!! Great location and easy to get to by car. Convenient to everything, but far enough away from the crowds to be relaxing. Staff was so friendly, Alina at the front desk was always on top of everything and so helpful!! We will definitely stay here again!!

極佳 The room is nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful and we love watching the caldera while eating breakfast. The free shuttle to Fira town is a plus. We love Lilium’s perfect location.

If I was able to rate 15/10, then I do it. It is a quite location but accessible to transport. The room and property and inside restaurant are clean and confortable. The food in the restaurant is really good with a nice menu. What can I say about the view on the sea / caldeira other than magnific. We also see the amazing sunset. Now for the personnal, they are all fantastic, welcoming, helpful and more. If I come again, I will book at Lilium at 100%.

The staff went above and beyond for us. The entire hotel was very clean and the smell of the lobby was to die for. The view was phenomenal and the food at the restaurant was super delicious. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. I will return and refer everyone I know to this hotel.

We were extremely disappointed with our selection of hotel. First, the rates we paid booking 5 weeks in advance were double what rooms cost once we got there. We were the few customers staying before closing for the season and everything was removed from the premises, from cushions, to the ability to sleep on a room not on the main street. Super loud, car racing on the main road outside our room. I expected much more curtesy for the price we paid. Overrated place for sure.
