The Hotel is well located and the staff are very helpful but the lack of cleanliness lets the property down. The hygiene areas in the property were poorly maintained. not properly cleaned with mould in the showers. Disappointing really as this could easily be remedied.

All good & great location.

Considering what you pay, they could offer a better experience The breakfast is more or less good. Not many fruit options, presentation is also “so so”

Great stay centrally located for all of the main sites in verona

The hotel is in a fanstastic location. The decor throughout is of a high standard. All the staff were extemely friendly and helpful. The room was very nice with a huge bathroom. The only downside for us was the small shower cubicle. For such a large bathroom it would be nicer to have more space to be able to move around easily within the shower. Apart from that one thing everything else was very good.

Amazing! Above and beyond, they gave us an upgrade with no additional charge , the property itself absolutely beautiful, highly recommended!

Wonderful location. Hotel more impressive than room. Room good in parts, but useless seating. Breakfast ok, but not 5 star. Arrived at noon waited until 3.10 for room then another hour for suitcases. The whole hotel is half good and half not do good. Some very helpful staff some not so much.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect.

Fabulous hotel

Beautiful hotel in an ideal position for seeing Verona. Fabulous staff.
