Air conditioning bit dated but great value for money and staff very good

A good location BUT, not one member of staff managed a smile - all of them very surly. Anything you asked appeared to incur an effort & reluctance to respond. Had to change rooms, twice, first one for rotten bed with springs poking through & 2nd room had extremely noisy air con. Breakfast was just about ok but if not having eggs, which were totally plain, everything else was cold. Coffee & tea grim. Wouldn't recommend & would not use again.

Old and worn out the plce needs renovation, the breakfast is simple nothing special maybe 3 choice of food , but it is cheap you get what you pay for....

Clean room, friendly staff, most amenities is within 6km range.

This price for this service is overrated.

A great stay! Staff was always helpful and patient. Breakfast was fine with eggs, juice, fresh fryit and of course Chiang Mai coffee.

Some of the lighting doesn’t work in the room

Hotel is tired, and trying to recover from Covid. Staff did their best, only around 12 rooms occupied. It will take a lot to bring it up to the hotel it used to be.

Reception not available after 11pm, although security guard worked it out. Air con broken and without reception didn't have any way to try to find another room, etc. Prices inflated for Loy Kraton festival affected my perception because I'm used to better value in Thailand. Morning staff was helpful with taxi to a different hotel and breakfast staff friendly and eager.
