Had a lovely stay at El Rokoko. We'd booked a junior suite so was on 6th floor and had a lovely view. The bed was very comfortable, tea and coffee and kettle was provided. Was just by wencleslas square. Plenty of places to eat and shops to visit. The street outside is having a lot of work done, so bits were cordoned off. Will look lovely when it's all done. We could not hear any of the works going on from our room. Not far from the sites of Prague, if you don't mind walking. A lovely place for a long weekend away.

The hotel and rooms are fine. The outside is awful as there is construction in front of the entrance. Half of Wenceslas Square is being rebuilt, so sad views from the windows.

The hotel is only one part of the otherwise immense building facing Wenceslaus Square known as the Rokoko/Lucerna Passage (a kind of arcade). The only real sour note in our stay involved check-in. Perhaps I didn't read the instructions closely enough, but we had trouble actually finding the registration desk. The receptionist was kind enough to have waited for us after his usual shift, but failed to catch us before we circled the entire building, inside and out, and returned, utterly baffled, to what we discovered was the nearly invisible check-in location. Other than that, our stay was uneventful. The room was quiet, accessible via the lift, and always cleaned.

Room was well laid out for a family of three adults. Great location. Close to transport links. Would return.

Excellent staff and took care of us from the moment we walked in

I needed a City centre hotel for an overnight stay after a late flight. Having visited Prague a few times I knew the area this hotel was situated quite well. The check in wasn't actually where you stay it was in another hotel along the road, it was on the information but I found it confusing when I arrived.

I don't normally write reviews, but had a poor experience here and want others to be aware of what I missed reading online reviews. I stayed three nights and had the worst sleep I have ever had in a hotel. If you have a room facing the square, expect screaming and singing outside the room until 4am. The windows provide no sound proofing. Then construction work on the square starts at 6am so expect drilling. The curtains are not black out so also from 6:30 expect a bright and hot room. I asked if I could change room to face the other way (I assume not all rooms are over the square and noisy) and got a 'unlucky for you, sorry no can do'. After three nights I moved to another hotel. Maybe it's a fine hotel for those with the quiet rooms, but a lottery as to who gets them.

We absolutely loved our stay at EA Rokoko in Prague. The room qualities met our expectations in every regard, particularly cleanliness and size. The staff was most accommodating and an excellent source of local recommendations. And the optional breakfast was definitely worth the cost...wonderful variety. The hotel's location is only a few steps from both a metro station and multiple trams. In short, a perfect stay in the middle of Prague.

It's a small entrance next to the arcade entry, in the fabulous Lucerna building that is a Landmark, including classic theatres and cinemas, shops and cafes, artwork, etc, and you could not possibly be in a more convenient location, right in the centre of everything, right next to the tram, and straight down the main boulevarde from the main train station. I got a very reasonable price for Junior Suite room, with space and all standard amenities, as well as opening windows looking down on the main boulevarde. It's called a three-star, but it's better than that, and as the most useful, practical, value for money, in the perfect location to get to anything you want to do and see, I can't see any reason I won't stay here again
