Spotlessly clean, quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Within a short walk of most places of interest and good public transport on the doorstep.

The rooms are functional and staff really helpful, disappointed about the mould in the bathroom, on the silicon and tiles was off putting. The mini fridge didn’t seem to get cold either so while these are minor really, it’s fair to mention them. I would definitely stay again and it’s in a great spot to discover the city.

It was a lovely stay? The staff were lovely and the facilities were great, however, the room doors inside the bathrooms and some areas in the lobby were stained and needing a good clean

All excellent: staff, rooms, meals, cleaning, air con (important that week). We came by rail so cannot repot in parking.

All great. Nice and clean with friendly staff but booked hotel partly because we wanted to use the sauna. It wasn’t working and there were no staff in the gym to advise.

Great location. close to all the attractions and restaurants. right next to the train station so could get everywhere in the city

Clean Helpful Good location

Needs update

Heating in room was broken and it was winter and 0 degrees outside. Ashley
