Perfectly situated for staying at for Hyrox Berlin, breakfast was laid on early enough for first wave competitors and had an impressive selection. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and fluent in English. Very reasonably priced.
I will definitely stay here again for next year’s visit, thanks 👌

I booked a two person room. Checked in with my fiancee. The staff member on reception only checked me in as one person and so we were not allowed two breakfasts. Very poor and unhelpful staff. Thumbs down.

Everything was good except the bathtubs didn’t drain water and the hotel smelled like a sewer. Obviously there was a plumbing problem and the hotel tried spaying perfume everywhere to try to cover up the smell. Other than that everything was fine.

Room was clean. Housekeeping was very good about responding to the things we needed.
Only food availalble at the hotel was breakfast daily. Food was available at the bar for a limited menu.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived early but they allowed us to leave our cases in a safe place. The check-in was very good. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very comprehensive waith a large selection

For anyone attending an event at the Estrel Centre, the Mercure Berlin Templehof is a great location as it's a 10 minute cab ride away. There is also a huge Supermarket just minutes away for snacks.
The management and staff are extremely helpful, the rooms are comfortable and good value.
