Nuestro viaje familiar fue muy bueno, José el chico del bar frente a la piscina es muy servicial es excelente en lo que hace.

The service staff were always rude specially the waiters… the restaurants food was not good at all the time to wait for the food was way too long specially when you have children I traveled with two Minors..the buffet was the same everyday … no good entertainment at all compared to other all inclusive where they have different entertainment every night I stayed here 5 days and three nights we karaoke night …

Overall, the property was well maintained, and the staff was courteous and attentive throughout our stay. Prior to arrival, I had some concerns regarding the dining experience due to several negative reviews; however, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at both the buffet and the hibachi restaurant. In contrast, the Italian restaurant did not meet my expectations. Regarding the VIP upgrade, I did not find it to be a worthwhile investment. The exclusive pool and VIP areas were relatively small, and the snack bar offered essentially the same food selections available throughout the rest of the resort. As a result, the additional cost did not provide a level of value or exclusivity that justified the premium price.

The hotel was nice, the rooms were spacious and clean. The beach was beautiful, the bartenders were kind. Checking in was awful. I was given the wrong room number TWICE by the front desk, and getting it corrected was an ordeal. I had to walk back and forth in 94 degree weather trying to figure out where I was suppose to be -- and nobody could get in agreement. The manager, Victor, was more concerned with blaming me for the misunderstandings than he was correcting them. To make it worse, when they finally figured out what room I was suppose to be in, my room key didn't work because it was configured for another room. When I went to tell them my key didn't work, they didn't believe me and went to check for themselves only to discover that .... surprise.... it didn't work. I overheard other guests on a few occasions complain that their room key also didn't work. Administrative issues aside, not a bad stay.

It was magnificent. The staff, the property, the room was excellent. The only thing that I have a complaint was the food, there were no variety of food. The buffet needs to improve on that.

Amazing. The surroundings. The food. The service. The amenities.. we loved all.
