Overall I am not satisfied. Checkin process took lots of time, In non smoking room we found cigarette burned hole and smell in bathroom.

Our toilet flooded on the first night. Couldn't get room changed as hotel was booked. I was not offended a refund. Very disappointed

Microwave was not working and the shower curtain

They provided us smoking room instead we asked for non-smoking room. That too kitchen appliances looked like 100 years old. Next room they provided us was little better but we could smell the smoke.

Worst stay i walked in and fridge was shower was dirty and I did not get my deposit

The room was in horrible condition. The toilet only had 1 bolt holding it down to the floor so it would move, toilet seat was loose, sink was falling off the wall. Didn't use anything for kitchen. Full size fridge was nice. Bed super uncomfortable. If traveling with 2 people bring extra pillows if you require more then 1 small pillow per person. The door latch was almost broken out of the wall. This is one you get what you pay for. If you just need a place to sleep off the night you could stay here, any longer then that pay for something else. The property was really dirty, old food thrown in the staircase, smelt awful.

Come with an open mind

The room was cleaned that day but it was still dirty the towels and bedding had hair on them. The staff were amazing and there were cars blaring music all night. Not like the pictures show

For the price I didn’t expect free breakfast or a gym but WOW! This place is a Dumpster Fire! People up making noise inside and outside of adjacent rooms around the clock. The entire building, walkways, stairwells and elevator are filthy and you will not be able to escape the stench of cigarette smoke anywhere on the property. There was a huge hole in the floor of my room! I don’t care if it’s free, this place is a hard pass!

Without a doubt, one of the worst places I've ever stays. However, the price was excellent so I should have known better. Floors were filthy, unswept & unmopped in who knows how long (I kept my sox on the entire time), roach in the shower, room smelled of smoke, people sitting in chairs at night in the hallway, smoking. I'm assuming people live here so it was more of a flop-house atmosphere than hotel. I honestly cannot recommend this place unless you just really need a cheap room.
