Room was clean, staff was incredibly helpful and breakfast was well worth it. Location to attractions via bus is very good.

It was very much fine, but not enjoyable. Loud, very basic rooms, ok shower. I was placed on the ground floor as a solo female traveller. My window backed onto an alley and somebody's front door. I didn't feel very safe to be honest

Good hotel clean and friendly staff

Brilliant friendly staff. Breakfast was great and we had the best coffee there since we arrived in the UK.

Room was nice and cool. Shower head in our room needed some repairs but was in working condition and the staff noted it when I mentioned it. Very good experience overall. Would recommend.

The staff were helpful, polite and very knowledgeable with the public transport service.

Room condition was OK except that toilet flush didn't work well (3rd floor)

Great hotel. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but the hallway noise was a minor drawback.
