極佳 Room was clean balcony was nice to sit on had breakfast every morning I didnt have it but was available. Had a pool i didny use it but was available also had laundry available for guests and was reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.

Pictures hotel uses for online booking are a FRAUD!! Rooms aren’t as clean as pics show. Breakfast was COLD AND DISGUSTING! Elevators sound and feel like they are about to break down. Hallways are NASTY and HOT!!! I was forced to stay 4 nights because they wouldn’t refund my $$! Went to store and bought blankets because bedding was nasty and stained and I wasn’t using their blankets! I would NEVER stay here again.

The staff was amazing. It was clean. Rooms were nice. Balcony had alot of spiders and spider webs. Got to see a family of ducks and geese everyday on the creek.

Spacious and clean room, good balcony, and gorgeous views! Loved that we were at the end of the strip of Pigeon Forge. Perfect for location.
Elevators were not great. There were only 2 and they both kept getting stuck. I have a young child and this was extremely frightening for him. We were on the 6th floor and took the staires for most of our stay because we got stuck 2x.
Breakfast was not great. Not alot of choices and the eggs were very watery.
The "fitness center" was not great. One of the four machines was not working. Another made a terrible sound. That left one treadmill, one bike, and a weight system.
The doors on the side were not locked, so anyone could come in.
Also, the pool was heated...a little too much. My kids were so excited to be in a pool..but they could only be in there for about 20 minutes at a time because they were overheating.
So overall, we made do. As a family, I would look for alternative lodging. If you are looking to just get away with a friend or spouse..its pretty good.
